IHOP introduces New Line of Filipino Breakfast dishes beginning March 17!

Do you believe that some of the best memories are made at the breakfast table? Well, I do. 

In celebration of the first year anniversary of IHOP Philippines, special menu of five home grown Filipino favorites are launched. IHOP Philippines recently launched the 5 savory Filipino menu at IHOP Mall of Asia.

The new Filipino menu offerings are;

Savory Pork Longganisa, Php375

  Two big chunks of juicy longganisa served with garlic rice and eggs.

Lean Chicken Sausage, Php295

Four pieces of lean chicken sausage served with garlic rice and eggs.

Breakfast Beef Tapa, Php375

The classic Filipino-style marinated beef tapa served with garlic rice and eggs.

Classic Chicken Tocino, Php345

Caramelized chicken tocino served with garlic rice and eggs.

Classic Pork Tocino, Php295

Caramelized pork tocino served with garlic rice and eggs.

All  these five entrees are served with garlic rice and two eggs any style with atchara and seasoned vinegar on the side. Each can also be ordered with a choice of IHOP Restaurant's world famous Buttermilk Pancakes, Stuffed French Toast or Brioche French Toast.

According to Mr. Archie Rodriguez, President and CEO of Global Restaurant Concepts, Inc. (GRCI), "These Filipino breakfast favorites will be exclusively offered in the Philippines for a limited time. IHOP Restaurant's pancakes, omelettes, stuffed French toast, crepes and other American breakfast items have become instant hits since we opened a year ago. With IHOP's enthusiastic approval, we're proudly introducing a menu that expands our appeal just as we're expanding our locations."

And for the sweet/cool side, IHOP also launched four new ice cream parfait flavors co-created with Nestle Ice Cream. The new flavors are;

Mango Peaches & Cream Parfait, Php195

Generous scoops of mango & vanilla ice cream served with peaches & IHOP's special granola.

Childhood Memories, Php195

A taste of childhood in a cup filled with vanilla ice cream layered with strawberry and blueberry syrup and topped with crispy golden hash brown and cheesecake bits.

  Chocolate Decadence, Php245

IHOP's very own Butter Pecan syrup, dark chocolate and white chocolate chips and maple candied bacon all perfectly topped on scoops of decadent chocolate ice cream.

Mixed Berry parfait, Php245

Chocolate ice cream smothered with cool strawberry and blueberry toppings, drizzled with creamy yogurt and finished with oatmeal streusels on top.

IHOP Restaurant also located at W Global Center, Bonifacio Global City, UP Town Center at Katipunan, Quezon City and my favorite branch is at Entertainment Mall of SM, MOA. Watch out for another two more branches this summer in Century Mall and Filinvest, Alabang and is looking to open six more locations across Metro Manila before the year is done. Wohh! I'm so excited!
