Refresh Summer with 17th Nestea Beach

NESTEA, the official summer beverage of the Philippines recently launched the 17th Nestea Beach 2014 via Media launch at Antel Hotel.

The NESTEA Beach experience gets even better with a four-day celebration of PLAY, PARTY and CHILL in the country's hottest summer destination. NESTEA Beach's home for the past 17 years, the shores of Boracay will see not only an exciting battle of the champions, but also the biggest yacht cruise in the island. To cap it all off, NESTEA Beach partners with Republiq to bring the two of the hottest DJs in the international music scene, Cedric Gervais and Steve Aoki, shake the sands of Boracay in the hottest long-weekend celebration in the country

To officially kick-off the season, NESTEA takes the beach experience to the heart of the Metro with "NESTEA Beach in the City" - a pop-up beach experience that brings PLAY, PARTY and CHILL to select guests and members of the media. Here, guests were given a sneak peek of the different, exciting activities to look forward to in the upcoming NESTEA Beach, proving that a refreshed summer is possible anywhere with NESTEA.

NESTEA models refresh their summer with free NESTEA samples

The best of the best come together for the 17th NESTEA Beach Volleyball competition as last year's NESTEA Beach Volleyball champions compete with regional volleyball champions from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao for this year's title. A total of 24 teams will participate in the NESTEA Beach Volleyball competition, which will take place from May 1 - 3 in front of the Boracay Beach Chalets at Station 2.

Summer activities like Paraw sailing, seaside massages and beachfront Frisbee games will also happen at the same time as the NESTEA Beach Volleyball, with a chill station set up at Crystal Sand in Station 1.

Making things even more cooler are free NESTEA samples that will be distributed throughout the weekend in the various refresh stations to keep the hot days refreshed.

NESTEA Beach will also continue its LOVE THE BEACH campaign; a long running advocacy to clean the beaches of Boracay. Nestea Beach will facilitate a shore clean-up in partnership with Boracay Foundation Inc. on May 2, where consumers can participate to show their love for the beach in a different way. In addition, NESTEA pitchers will be sold throughout the weekend and for every pitcher sold, Php 5 will go to the Boracay Foundation's Coral Reef Restoration project.

NESTEA Beach also brings to Boracay the freshest parties the Labor Day crowd has ever seen. The Labor Day weekend kicks off with the NESTEA Plunge party on May 1 at the Tides Roofdeck Pool & Solstice Sun Lounge, accompanied by entrancing beats from some of the hottest names in the local party scene like DJ Ron Poe, DJ Nina Saputil, DJ Macoy and DJ Jessica Milner.

Refreshing the LABORacay scene is the biggest yacht party in the island. The Nestea yacht party on May 2 takes the crowd to new heights with stopovers at different destinations around Boracay. Music from The Zombettes, DJ Callum, and Marc Marasigan will accompany the crowd as they make their way to Crystal Cove, Crocodile Island and finally Puka Beach for an exclusive island party before cruising back to the main island.

The biggest international acts also will make their way to the pristine sands of the island for the weekend finale of Nestea Beach. On May 3 and 4, NESTEA Beach, in partnership with Republique brings in Grammy award winning DJ Cedric Gervais and Grammy nominated DJ Steve Aoki to celebrate a refreshed summer during the biggest party of the Labor Day weekend.
